Lot 2884		1936 Albany Half Dollar. NGC graded MS-68. Spectacular, multi-colored toning on both sides. On the obverse, the toning takes the shape of the tab-type holder in which this coin was originally sold and stored. The reverse is lighter, with soft green centers surrounded by golden iridescence. Lot 2893		1935-D Arkansas Half Dollar. NGC graded MS-68 Star. Here is a Monster Coin! The toning is absolutely incredible as is the strike and pristine frosty surfaces. However, it is the spectrum of vivid sunset colors for which this coin will be long remembered. The surfaces exhibit a blending of violet with a brush of lavender and blue and all is encircled by deep golden sunset hues. Population of only 1. This is the finest graded by either service.
